Client Agreement

Scope of Services

Pure Bungalows provides premium property management and listing services for heritage bungalows in Malaysia. Our services include property listing, marketing, client matching, and property management consultation.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your property
• Maintain the property in good condition and comply with all legal requirements
• Respond promptly to inquiries and requests from Pure Bungalows
• Honor all agreements and commitments made through our platform
• Pay all applicable fees and commissions as agreed

Pure Bungalows Responsibilities

We commit to:

• Provide professional property management and listing services
• Market your property to qualified buyers and tenants
• Maintain confidentiality of your information
• Act in your best interests within the scope of our services
• Provide regular updates on property inquiries and activities

Fees and Commissions

Fees and commissions will be agreed upon in writing before services commence. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Commission is due upon successful completion of a property transaction.

Property Representation

Pure Bungalows will represent your property accurately and professionally. We reserve the right to refuse or remove listings that do not meet our quality standards or violate our policies.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the course of our business relationship.

Limitation of Liability

Pure Bungalows' liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees and commissions remain due and payable.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
